New year, New goals

It’s that time of the year again where we are trying/starting to achieve our goals we set for the year - OR maybe you haven’t set any yet?
It’s never too late! You can set goals for the day, week, month, the quarter and the list goes on.

How do you achieve goals?
It’s important to set smaller steps toward achieving your ultimate goal and it’s all about consistency.

As health professionals at Epoch Health, our main focus is to help achieve our clients’ health goals.
Whether it’s helping you overcome an injury, improve movement or educating clients to understand their bodies better - the staff at Epoch Health would love to be a part of that journey with you.

Can I see a Chiro/Physio even if I’m not in pain?
Many think there is nothing wrong with their body, so why would I need to seek a Chiropractor, Physiotherapist or get a massage?
It’s common for people to think that you only need to see a health professional when you’re unwell. However, we encourage everyone to be proactive in their health journey - by seeking regular check ups for maintenance, progression of corrective exercises and prevention of potential injuries.
For example - most of us drive cars and we visit the mechanic maybe multiple time throughout the year for regular maintenance to ensure the car functions well and is safe to drive.
This also applies to our bodies - regular maintenance is KEY and prevention is better than cure.
