In Australia, this title applies to Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs)—health professionals who have completed an accredited university degree in dietetics, meet ongoing professional development requirements, and are credentialed by Dietitians Australia.
APDs use evidence-based nutrition science to assess, diagnose, and treat dietary and nutritional problems. They provide personalised advice and practical support to help people manage chronic conditions (like diabetes, heart disease, IBS), achieve healthy weight goals, improve gut health, and enhance overall wellbeing. Accredited dietitians often work in hospitals, clinics, aged care, community health, private practice, and research.

Remedial massage is a complementary therapy that aims to treat muscles that are damaged, tense or immobile. It is useful for a number of problems that affect the muscles, tendons and bones and can address a number of other health problems.

Counselling is a process of talking about and working through your personal problems with a counsellor. The counsellor helps you to address your problems in a positive way by helping you to clarify the issues, explore options, develop strategies and increase self-awareness.
