Kathryn completed her degree with Distinction in December 2019. She thoroughly enjoyed the journey her degree took her on: the journey being as much about learning – the science - as it was about becoming a practitioner – the art.

“I believe nurturing one’s healthspan begins with valuing and stewarding health daily: yours, your family’s, your community and the earth. It is empowering, sustaining and embraces simplicity. Nutritional and lifestyle medicine can be practiced in infinite ways that are meaningful and valuable to the individual, and if this is the case then I desire to be a resource that can help support what every individual has a right to – abundant health.”
