From a young age, Peter has always had a heart for people, to see people grow, overcome and become who they meant to be. He also understand messiness of life and how perfectly imperfect we as humans are, but Peter believes that there is always beauty, strength and hope to be found in every circumstance. Peter’s ethos when it comes to counselling is to journey with you to help process all that is going on, celebrate the wins, grieve the loss, rediscover who you are, engage in desired behavioural changes and lastly the discovery of priceless gems on the way. 

Peter works from a trauma informed, attachment and recovery focused mental health holistic framework. Peter works extensively with alcohol and other drug addictions, anxiety, depression, PTSD and other trauma work, grief counselling, couples, suicide prevention as well as working maladaptive emotions thought patterns and behaviours. 

Peter studied Bachelor of Arts with a Psychology major at University of Western Sydney and completed a Masters of Counselling at Excelsia College. 

In his off time, Peter loves going to hikes, loves water sports such as paddle boarding, playing badminton, and eating good food.
